Special Handling
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, Ganong takes care to
ensure the safe arrival of your
chocolates and candies are in perfect condition. Each package comes surrounded
in Ganong
signature tissue and complete with a thermo ice pack as needed.
Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. From April 15th to October 31, we take extra precautions and ship Express, as needed. Please see shipping table and rates.
For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only, to prevent chocolates sitting on a truck or in a warehouse during the weekend and to ensure safe order arrival.
Restrictions
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. During the months of April to October.
You must provide a street address.for your order. Be sure to include appropiate suite
or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure delivery.
